Everyone else? There were 998 Michigan fans and maybe 2 BU fans in
attendence =)

He left Friday night 9pm charter with the team because some players
desired to leave.

As for the Morrison comment: There are two ways you can take this. 1. (the
way I took it) Smack. pure and simple. 2. (matching Mo's attitude more
closely) Just something to get the team and the fans on higher spirits. In
Mo's defense, Red (so i was told) said the "best team" comment during an
interview broadcasted in Ann Arbor before Morrison said his speach.
Assuming it was smack, I found the comment hilarious.

As for being the best team: Michigan was undoubtedly the best team. One
game does not make a season. When Michigan won last year, they were hardly
the best team. They would lose to Western Michigan twice last season 7-2.
This year, Michigan allowed at most 4 or 5 goals against in what few
losses they had. In fact, even Red Berenson said that last year's team was
not the BEST Michigan hockey team - that the days of Wiseman, Oliver were.
They did not win an NCAA title however.

Congrats to Fighting Sioux. I hope Michigan schedules a game with NoDak
and BU in the regular season, regardless that we lose 8 seniors!
