Yes, it was WMU...I was there. It was crazy...I'm sure WMU set a NCAA record for
the number of icing calls! As I recall, UIC outscorred WMU 4-3 in the 3rd period of
6-5, sans goalie, hockey. As I recall, Padrie was POed at his defense (I think the score was 7-0 after 2 periods)
that he later said the goalie didn't deserve to be in the game with no help.
