There's censorship, and then there's Netiquette and then there's Flaming.
I thought this fell under unintentional Netiquette behavior.
The great thing about this list is the general intelligence and warmth.
I'd like to see it stay that way.

The recent posting by DaveH regarding "sniping" at the administrator
smacks of censorship to me.  DaveH posted in regard to someone else
posting something to the effect that he did not want to be "lectured"
again by the administrator.  I do not believe that people should tell
other people what to post:  if you say something stupid, well, you'll
pay the penalty, whether it's a bunch of nasty messages or it's
getting kicked off the list.
 
So, now, please don't kick me off the list.
