The ECAC regular season ended with a bang, especially at Union's Achilles
Rink, where the Dutchmen stretched their unbeaten streak to nine and in the
process moved into sixth place and a dream quarterfinal matchup with neigh-
boring rival RPI. Results from the weekend:

The playoffs will get under way with the preliminary round Tuesday night,
when Cornell hosts Princeton and St. Lawrence travels to Colgate. The
higher-seeded preliminary-round winner will then go to Clarkson for the
quarterfinals, while the lower seed will travel to Harvard. In the other
quarterfinal matchups (all beginning Friday night), Union will be at RPI and
Brown will host Vermont.
