As I've been bemoaning (on some level) the move to professionals on the
US National Team, I thought back to a game I attended in the early 70's
at Harvard. Harvard was playing (and beating soundly) the
about-to-become-US Olympic team. (Probably 76 Olympics). At the same
time the USSR team was touring the country beating the NHL teams. Does
anyone recall this?

So I guess things are little more even up. Let the Junior team be the
amateurs and the National team go pro. Wasn't the World Cup great?
Sweeter than the Junior World Championship last year.

Susan from Boston.

How about them Bruins???? The best college team in North America!!
