The press reported a whole bunch of rules changes coming from the NCAA
conference, all of which make it easier for athletes to earn some benefits
but maintain their eligibility.  I seem to remember earlier this year that
there was some talk about some of the amendments perhaps easing the
prohibition of junior players switching to college hockey.  Does anyone know
if there is any impact?
