True panners at heart can't resist lure when they see it; it can sink them
every time. They can be guilty of fish stories (serious prattle) or
indiscriminate editing! Just fish out of water, when it comes to an accurate
or fair analysis of the business of safety. That was the point! Countering
with a negation of the NCAA and we all could sink to that line, the panner
edited out rule changes from the NCAA news on stricter enforcement of mouth
guard use, due to a lack of compliance. According to the NCAA, players will be
replaced on the ice and further infractions assessed a misconduct penalty. The
"point of emphasis" is that mouth guard protection is considered by medical
experts as an aid to decreasing the occurrence of concussions. "No-tolerance"
for player safety-issues on the board- just fish-eyed fan fanaticism!
