Yes it is.  My point with regard to Mr. Mayo is that he is abusing the
process.  I don't want to speculate as to what his motives are -
although I do suspect they are self-serving.  He certainly is entitled
to his opinion with regard to Walsh.  However, I don't think he should
use the political arena as a vehicle to express those views.
