Can't really agree with whoever nominated Alfie for rookie of the week.  He
gave up six goals on 36 shots faced in 84:31 of action over the weekend.
 
While he did play well in the third against BC, he wasn't at his best
against Merrimack.
 
Cory Larose had two goals against BC and would have been a better nomination
for rookie of the week.
 
I'm not arguing against the winners (Jeff Farkas, BC / Fernando Pisani, PC).
All I'm saying is if you are going to nominate a freshman from Maine, Larose
would have been the better selection.
