What I meant by this was that UMaine will be under pressure for 3 years to
run a clean program and it makes it harder now that a qualified person (who
has done the job well) is leaving.  Transitions allow for screw ups if
everyone is not careful, but during any transition there are screw ups (no
matter how careful someone is, it is possible).  I am just hoping they are
not going to effect the program.
It would be nice to keep Tammy where she is and let Providence wait.
