I listened to parts of each of the hockey games on BU radio.  I thought I would share
some of their comments:
 
-Dan Shermerhorn is playing dirtier this year.  Additionally, his offensive statistics
are down.
 
-Shawn Walsh has the Maine team convinced BU is the reason Maine is ineligible for the
tournament.
 
-I feel like I am calling Spanish Soccer.  (refering to Javier, after Maine made the
goaltending change on Saturday)
 
-I am going to have to speak with John Cullen and find out why David Cullen is wearing
the blue and white.
 
-Fans are chanting Maine is #1.  Wait a minute they are #9, they need to remember that
before they get too full of it.
 
-Only in Orono would a player bring a broom out to center ice.  You still have your
ring, what was the score 6-2 ?
 
-Well with thirty seconds to go, Shawn Walsh is up to his old antics waiving to the
crowd.
 
 
I dont know the name of these announcers (nor do I care).  They are not exact quotes,
but they are pretty close.
 
I am thrilled that Maine won so convincingly this weekend.
 
The only negative aspect this weekend, was allowing Dan (Incomplete) Lacoture to score
with 15 seconds to go in the game.
 
Does anyone else wonder if Michel Larocque gets advertising money from Playboy ?
