I know that the NCAA tries to minimize travel in doing the selections,
but since Maine would drive to either Manchester or Albany, couldn't a
No. 1 Maine seed get Albany, AND a 15/16 seed?

For example, many thought that Maine was sent to Michigan last year as
punishment for the horrid finish to the year. Couldn't the reverse be
true, send Maine to Albany and away from the home UNH crowd in reward
for a higher seed? (especially since Maine travels well and would
drive to Albany)
