Interesting items culled from this morning's Boston Globe about another BU
loss, yesterday 3-1 against Northeastern:
#1: Northeastern player's comment's about playing at BU's Walter Brown Arena:
"I like the envrionment. It pumps you up. It's a lot like playing at Maine."
I wonder what Northeastern staff gets their players thinking like that ?
#2: Jackie (drop a dime) Parker (of the 8-12-2 / 5-7-2 Terriers) opines:
"It was one of the worst exhibitions I've seen any BU team put out in its
own building. And its not the first time this year"
All I can say to this is: Hey, Jack, too bad, eh...what goes around, comes
around. Wish you were coaching the Bruins right about now ? And when do
they start pouring concrete at BU's new Jackie Parker Whine-a-torium ?
Hey, folks, it's getting to be fun in the last two months of the regular
season.
