The equity of this situation is bothersome.....
 
Gary Suter the offender sticks Kariya in the head, only misses four games.
 
Kariya the victim, misses the rest of the season.
 
So the penalty should never be as severe as the INTENTIONAL harm done.
 
        Way to go NHL..........
