In case you didn't hear, the NCAA sanctioned Maine as a result of Peter
Metcalf's comments following the NCAA Title game.

There was a fine involved along with Peter's per diem money.  Maine has
not yet received a bill, but will pay it without appeal.

NCAA bylaws forbid commenting on the officials in an NCAA championship.

What a great job.. being an NCAA official... your employer protects you
from (deserved) public criticism... and you still get to pocket the
cash from the Minnesota Golden Gophers Boosters!!
