Leafs sign collegian goalie
 
                TORONTO (CP) -- The Toronto Maple Leafs said Thursday
they have reached an agreement on a contract with goaltender Marc
Robitaille from the U.S. college Northeastern Huskies.
                Robitaille, 21, was named to the 1997-98 Hockey East
all-star first team and the all-American first team following a 21-15-3
season in which he posted a 3.19
goals-against average.
                He is to forego the final two years of eligibility at
the Boston campus of Northeastern.
