A big weekend for both WMU and Lake State may feature the first
appearance of Trevor Demmans in a Laker uniform. The highly regarded
freshman suffered what was first thought to be a career ending neck
injury in a swimming accident this summer. He has been skating with the
team for a couple of weeks.
According to Jeff Jackson, quoted in a local newspaper, Demmans `may' see
Trevor.
LSSU has been idle since Dec. 16 (14-4-0, 10-4 CCHA)
Meanwhile, the injury bug continues to haunt this year's Lakers. Geral
Tallare will miss the series with a separated shoulder. John Grahame made
his return on the 16th with a win over Ohio State. He is healthy and
ready to go.
It should be a great weekend of hockey.
