Someone over on the youth-hockey list posted this
        question, and I thought it would stir some debate over
        here as well.
 
        Does anyone know what penalties are called most often? And
        conversely, which are rarely called?
 
        Since there seem to be more "stats geeks" here, maybe there's
        an answer out there already.
