RPI did look good; however, they got help from Princeton. The Princeton
forwards just could not get their sticks on the puck in the RPI slot.
Tamburro faced few hard shots in close mostly due to the poor puck handling
by the Princeton forwards. Two of RPI's 4 goals were also on unscreened
slapshots from outside of the face off circle that went through the
Princeton goalie's legs. Word was definitely out on the RPI bench to just
try the long slap shot in odd man rush situations because they kept
hammering away at that. They'll have a tougher time in the playoffs, but
it was good to notch two wins and get the confidence up and the home ice
for the first round of the playoffs.

It was pretty close to a sellout. There were very few seats unfilled and
those that were were in the low corner, obstructed view areas. Not a place
I would want to sit. Unfortunately, without noisemakers, the Freakout has
somewhat lost its luster. It's a lot easier to blow on a horn for 2 hours
than yell for two hours.
