No, it isn't.  I am 22, and I could start playing hockey this year and
still have 4 years of eligibilty, had I not gone to school at all during
that time, because I have not played "in 'organized sports competition'
since my 20th birthday.  However, since I have attended scholl, there is
a stipulation that you have to use your eligibilty within (Someone help
me out here) I think 15 quarters (or 10 semesters, 5 yrs anyway)
