Does anyone understand fully the blackout rule for televising the NCAA
Regional games?
 
Channel 38 in Detroit is televising the games involving Michigan and
Michigan State.  I thought these games were going to be blacked out with the
regionals at Yost.  Is this blackout lifted because the regionals were going
to be a sellout anyway?
