The Brown Bears scored five power play goals on their way to an 8-1
victory over Dalhousie University, of Halifax, N.S., on Saturday
evening. After a somewhat slow start, the quicker Bears were in complete
control of the game. Freshman Ryan Mulhern scored two goals, including a
spectacular one in the last minute of play. Seniors Mike Ross and Scott
Hanley also scored two goals each.
Brown opens its ECAC season next Saturday with a home game against
Harvard.
