    This would make sense.  It would also suggest that the partners would be
    rearranged to be RPI-Union, Vermont-Dartmouth, Harvard-Brown, and

    What are some of the concerns being raised?  How do the students, faculty,
    administration, etc. feel?  How about the team - do they want to move up?
    We heard the RIT point of view before, now it would be interesting to
    hear the Union side.
