Russia. The tournament features the world's top players under 20 years old.
DiSalvatore is the first Friar to compete for the U.S. National

Helsinki, Finland.
The 22-player roster features seven returning players from last
year's team and 14 National Hockey League draftees, including DiSalvatore
who was selected in the fourth round of the 2000 NHL Entry Draft by the San
Jose Sharks.
DiSalvatore, a 6-foot-1-inch, 185-pound right wing, has registered
16 points (five goals, 11 assists) in 14 games this season. He is tied for
second on the team in scoring and is tied for the team lead in assists with

DiSalvatore played for the New England Junior Coyotes and led the EJHL in
scoring with 120 points (45 goals, 75 assists). He also earned 1999 EJHL
MVP honors.
The ninth-ranked Friars, 8-3-3, return to action with a home game
against UMass-Amherst on December 8.
