information about the hockey awards:

     Most Improved Player: Eric Heffler (Jr.)
     Peter McGeough Award (Outstanding defenseman): Dale Clark and Justin
Harney (both So.)
     Rookie of the Year: Erik Anderson (Fr.)
     Brian McFarlane Award (Outstanding academic accomplishment): Kris
Margherio (So.)
 
Bob Prier (Jr.) was named captain for 1998-99.  Assistant captains are John
Poapst and Shawn Allard.
