Well I can claim to be an authority in regards to the comments on strip
teases by a Clarkson Band member. It is true that we play a song called
the "Stripper" between periods and that it is customary for the present
VP of Pep Band to strip. With my fortune I was last year's VP, thus last
year's stripper. Let me tell you you need to be a little bit ripped to
actually strip for so many people, but the fans seem to love it, parents
alumni and students. It has become customary for the student sections to
yell put it back on at the end. I can remember stripping in the Boston
Garden last year for the ECAC Championship, and having even opposing fans
say they enjoyed it. As in Cornell the last game is a different story. In
that game it is customary for the Seniors in the Band to all strip, girls,
guys, and any other students who wish to join.
