Good news! There are a number of good and generally cheap
Thai/Vietnamese/Cambodian restaurants in Providence! (They tend to combine
the three -- we're a small state!) The Four Seasons, Phnom Penh, and Apsara
are three that I miss -- the cheapest of the bunch. I have yet to find Pad
Thai as good in Chicago!
 
I can't believe I was in Providence last year when the NCAAs were in
Chicago, and now I'm in Chicago when they're in Providence. Poor timing!
