Mike -- If I'm not mistaken, Apex One is a brand of athletic-type
outerwear (like Starter).  I know the sideline jackets worn by the
Wisconsin coaching staff in football are Apex, as are the jackets worn by
several other major college teams.  It's high quality stuff.
