        in view of the liklihood of those moneys being recovered in
        rights fees

    n.  mens division 1 ice hockey
        1) 2 automatics to each conference + 4 at-large
        2) deferred action on a request that RPI, used as one tool in
        the evaluation and selection of teams, be released to the
        membership three times before selections and at the conclusion
        of the season
    o.  mens division 2/3 ice hockey
        1) championships moved to march 17-18
        2) automatic bids to
           suny athletic conference
           minnesota intercollegiate athletic conference
