With regards to the Troy Poll and the other one with it (I
can't remember the name), there were 2 notes about Maine.
One said that it took in account the 3 forfeit losses, and the
other said it did not take the 3 forefeit losses in account.
 
Why would the 3 forfeit losses effect a poll?
I can see how it would effect a rating, but why would a
person think a team is any better/worse because of a forfeit
loss?
