My mistake... :-)  The 24 hour tape delay covers a 150 mile blackout area.
 
The reason why the finals will be aired in the Albany area only if RPI is
there is that Empire charges a pretty penny for the TV rights to air...
even for a small college station out in the middle of nowhere like WCKN...
