To all those veterans of the Lottery wars to get tickets to next years finals:
 
The deadline for submitting applications to the Pepsi Arena has come and gone. What is next?  Do we get notified that we're in or out? I'm told that the best indication that we have tickets is when the charge shows up on my credit card bill. When does that happen? May? October? January?  How about notification that
I was put on a waiting list? When does that happen?E
