My reading of the dual ticket offer is that it does, indeed, include
both the 2000 East Regional ticket(s) as well as the 2001 NC$$ Frozen
Four ticket(s), with the same seat(s) being guaranteed for both events.
This dual ticket offer expires on May 1, 1999.
 
Although I think the ticket application flyer is pretty clear, someone
from Rensselaer or the Pepsi Arena may wish to confirm my understanding.
