I am just curious with all that has been being said about bad
officiating...what are the time limits(if any) to how long something can
go uncalled, only to be called later. In the Sioux/Gopher game late in
the third Curtis Murphy recieved a 2 min for slashing and a 10 min for
unsportsman like conduct....however the call wasn't made until long after
the actual play occured. This isn't the only instance that I have seen
this either...SCSU has also had some bad penalty calls long after it
happens...SO anyway if I am making any secse could someone tell me is
there a limit to time waited...or at least why is there this need wait
before blowing the whistle.
