Tonight's game in Grand Forks could best be described as Jeckyl and
Hyde. UND played the first half of the game terribly. Many of the
passes were not on target, and the offense could not get into full gear.
UND's Kvalevog was pulled from goal after allowing three goals in during
the first period. Freshamn Vicar came in and the team seemed to calm
down and actually play as a team. AA scored a quick goal after Vicar
came in, but that would be the end of the scoring for the Seawolves as
UND's defense cranked it up a notch and their offense EXPLODED. The
Sioux scored three quick goals in the latter half of the second period
and capped the end of the period with a fourth goal. UND basically shut
down AA in the third period and won the game by scoring two more goals.
Quick comment: Kvalevog did not play bad, but rather UND's
defense played bad the first period. Vicar did a good job, however he
was not tested. Many of the shots were very easy to stop, so I am still
unsure how good UND's back-up really is.
        Same time, same station tomorrow!
