The greatest game I ever saw would have to be the 1989 NCAA Championship Game.

A packed St. Paul Civic Center sitting on the edge of their seats through the
whole game. Then total silence except for 2 sections of Harvard fans and
38 sections of Minnesota fans picking their jaws up off the floor.
What a game.

Have two Hobey winners ever faced each other in the championship game before?

Ditto.

After playing in and watching my share of hockey games, I can't remember how
many times an OT game ended that way. One team almost scoring and a minute
later the other side wins. Anybody else notice this?
