DB Doucette asks, regarding Army and the Hobey...

Ouch. No comment on the hockey team, but Hobey Baker served
in the Army, hence the connection. Baker is a Princeton hero, a
hockey hero, an Army hero and a US hero.

Yes,

They must have a photo of the tying goal (scored by Legg) or
be using some trick photography. Greg Crozier (LW), Steven Halko
(RD), Brendan Morrison (C), Bill Muckalt (RW), Harold Schock (LD)
and Marty Turco (G) were on the ice for the winner. It's a lineup that
I will not soon forget.

I don't have a definitive answer, but I assume it will be UM-MTU
and LSSU-MSU. Based on past history, Michigan and Michigan
State don't play each other the first night. (This may change
though, given that there are three CCHA teams in the mix this
coming year. Although, I also assume that LSSU and MTU will be
playing there annual contest in October...when MTU/NMU play
FSU/LSSU...so I would think that forcing another LSSU-MTU game
would be unnecessary. Also, the GLI draws well even if you
don't force a UM-MSU game.)
