it has come to my attention that rumors of the good times virus are
again traveling the internet, including the lists and persons to whom
i am sending this note.  there is no such virus.  it is simply not
possible for a "virus" to operate in the manner proposed.  the entire
"warning" is a hoax.  please do _not_ continue to propogate this rumor
on any mailing list or newsgroup; it's a waste of time and money to do
so.
