How about if all hockey fans throughout North America who are unhappy
with the NHL situation, divert their support to local college/junior/
high school teams instead?
 
Believe me, those teams will appreciate it, and it will mean more than
just refusing to buy one of the thousands of hot dogs sold at an NHL
game.
