The eBay entry is either over or has been removed, more likely the latter.  
Some organizations (presumably the NCAA is one of them) and 
companies vigorously enforce their trademark and licensing rights.  eBay 
works with them on removing auctions in violation.  I stumbled into this 
with Novell trying to sell some software I thought I had a right to sell, but 
turns out I did not.  Some lawyers informed me of my error.

Anyway, the other t-shirts are interesting.  If they are to have any effect I 
think UND also needs to work on removing the other t-shirts that were 
mentioned in the USA Today articles.  They were offensive in general and 
in this case did not help UND's cause at all.
