As a proud, new member of the Wisconsin band, I must say that the Bud song
is one of the most fun things at any Wisconsin Badger sporting event. I
have played in the commencement band for the past three years and after the
graduation ceremony, the new graduates scream out "Bud, Bud, Bud!" for us
to play it. It is a great time. I just got my first chance to play it at
our Fifth Quarter after the Wisconsin-Indiana football game and it's a
great rush.
The Bud song is ours and on behalf of the Wisconsin Band I think they would
all agree with me (including Mike Leckrone).
