There is no CCHA consolation game to the best of my knowlege.  But I do
not think that the LSSU will make the playoffs unless the win the whole
thing.  THey may be playing some decent hockey right now but I am not
sure that the NCAA will take them in any case.  They may not want to
establish a pattern of picking whatever team makes a run late in the game
so to speak.  If they do it this year than any team that pulls a simular
end run will cry foul if they don't get in, in future tourneys.   Besides
though I have not heard much about the other conferences I would be
interested in knowing about teams in the other leagues that have made
simular late season spurts.
