Someone asked if a school would lose a scholarship if a player left early.
Would a school also get a bonus scholarship if the player earned two
degrees?  My memory may be going, but didn't Joe Juneau earn his BS in 3
years and then a Masters in his fourth?  An accomplishment like that should
get a bonus scholarship.  Toss in that he didn't speak English when he
started at RPI and maybe they should have gotten 2 extras :)
