once in a blue moon.
but its nice to have a tie once in a while -- once every 10 games or so --
to throw a monkey wrench into the standings. i can't explain it any better
than that. maybe that's just the traditionalist in me. i don't mind the
five minute overtime -- before that, hockey had too many ties, i think.
but the shootout is kind of cheap, if you ask me. more luck than hockey. i
don't understand why there always has to be a winner and a loser, every day.
this is babble, i know. but its my opinion. thought i'd better say something,
in case the CCHA is making decisions based on what the online folks think. :-)
