Speaking of inane rules ... I heard one today that seemed even more
off-planet than most.  In Division III, your media guide can have a color
picture on the cover, but no color pictures on the inside.  It is
evidently figured that schools with lower budgets that can't afford the
additional funds for color would be adversely affected.
 
Is there anything They don't have a rule for?
