I can't count the times that I've been talking with fellow hockey-L
folks here at Cornell and somebody has said, after a long day of reading
postings, "Boy, sometimes I wonder how these guys have time to do anything
else!" Usually, "these guys" refers to Wayne Smith (administrator extraor-
dinaire) and Mike Machnik. I propose that Wayne and Mike post short auto-
biographical statements (where do/did they go to school, what have they
done besides hockey-L for the last several years, what besides hockey-L do
they do now, etc.). I figure it's okay to ask for this since the season
is over .... thing is, I find myself sometimes spending incredible amounts
of time just reading postings even though I usually just whip through a lot
of the western and Division III ones ..... I can't imagine how anyone could
read **and** administrate or read **and** post Mike-like summaries and
commentaries.`
My hat's off to both of those guys, that's for sure ... tell us how
you do it in addition to "everything else" (and let us in on what "everything
else" is, if you feel comfortable doing that).
