Dear Members of the College Hockey Discussion List,

Hello, my name is Laurent Woo. I am currently attending SUNY
Plattsburgh, New York. I just recently signed onto the list, and already
have a few questions about college hockey in general. As some of you may
be aware of SUNY Plattsburgh won the Division Three Crown by defeating
Wisconsin Stevens-Point(Spelling?) in the final. And if I recall correctly
from an issue of Sports Illustrated, the Wisconsin Badgers(correct me if I
am incorrect about the team and the spelling) won the Division One Crown.
My first question is what happened to Division Two, is it "ghost division?"
Or does it not exist entirely? My second question is out of all the
schools of hockey(Division One thru Division Three) how players recieve a
degree and go one to a life without hockey(careers associated with their
major at college) and how many get drafted and are playing professionaly?
Anything information about my two questions would be greatly appreciated,
and I am very happy to be part of this discussion list. Go Cards!!!!!!
