John H has chastised me for this, so I'd better make a public correction. In 1993,
the "consolation" teams were Michigan and BU, not MSU as I had written.
 
...and this gaffe coming from a guy who got righteously indignant when people would
call BU sports info asking for Flutie stats. Sheesh.
 
 
obligatory non-hockey content: See "The Mask." it's a riot. Jim Carrey makes up
for Ace Ventura very well.
 
(I guess Jim Carey could also star in a film called The Mask, no?)
