The College Hockey Discussion List Poll for November 9, 1994:
Teams were given 15 points for a first-place vote, 14 for a second-place
vote, and so on down to 1 point for a fifteenth-place vote. Total first-
place votes are in parentheses.
A record-tying number of voters pushed Minnesota into this week's top spot,
while Boston University fell three places to #4. Harvard finally played a
game, and the Crimson may wish they hadn't, as their loss to Brown dropped
them five places in the poll for the week's biggest slide. There continues
to be a shake-up among the 11-15th ranked teams; Michigan Tech, Western
Michigan, and Colgate all made their 1994 debuts in the HOCKEY-L poll this
week.

More Western than Eastern responses this week, but it didn't matter to the
Gophers, who had a comfortable lead in both polls. Oddly enough, Colorado
College came out ahead of Boston University in the East poll, while the
Terriers got more support (as well as their only first-place vote) from the
West. Predictably, Harvard fell farther in the West than the East, while
Lake Superior was dropped lower in the East than the West.
