Since some have been writing to me asking about ticket availability for the
games at Munn, here we go:

As far as I know, there are still some tickets available (according to this
morning's Lansing State Journal). With the announcement that Michigan State
would be playing here, I would expect somewhat of a rush on the ticket office
(that is, if they can ever figure out how to use the phones over there). The
individual game times as of yet have not been set (there was a rumor that they
were waiting to see what time UM's basketball game would be, but either game
on Sunday would run into that unless the Midwest Regional in Dallas is the
early regional final on Sunday, plus there's no guarantee UM will make it [it
might be the other UM :-)]). Game times on Saturday are set for 3:00 and 6:30
pm and Sunday for 2:00 and 5:30. Whether tickets for the separate days are
for sale, I don't know. You will probably have to buy both days. Tickets for
both days are $35, along with the customary "OK, bend me over the table for
using my credit card" charge of $4. For more ticket info, call

For anyone who will be making the trip to Munn, I will be there for both days
(though I'll probably have to leave early on Sunday). My tickets are in Sect.
G, Rows 14, Seats 11 and 12 (hey, I'm a student! Of course, they screwed me!)
and I'll probably wear something extremely tacky, like my old Vancouver jersey,
just to be easily recognizable and also to display my total lack of good taste.

(Knid of cute? Man, I can't type today!)
